Reclaim, powered by Simple Sample, is a monthly recycling service that helps architecture and interior design firms to return samples as part of our efforts to make sampling more sustainable.
Unneeded samples are packed into a crate provided and picked up by Simple Sample. Samples will either be returned to the supplier directly or redistributed via Simple Sample’s free online marketplace so that the next A&D professional can reuse your samples.

Samples should fit into the Reclaim crate provided by Simple Sample. If you require more crates, please contact Simple Sample.
Samples should be unbroken and in good condition (not scratched or chipped) so that they’re helpful for the next architect to use. Please ensure samples are clearly marked with the supplier’s name and product details.
Pickups happen on a monthly basis. Please contact Simple Sample for the next pickup date, or if you wish to organise an earlier pickup.
