Simple Sample operates a marketplace for building industry professionals to order building and design material samples for their building projects (Samples).
Samples can be ordered by customers who meet the eligibility criteria set by Simple Sample. Simple Sample reserves the right to refuse samples to any individual or business for any reason. When making an order, you must follow the instructions on our website as to how to make your order.
Customers may be limited to a certain number of samples per request or per account to ensure fairness and to manage inventory levels. Samples are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
Samples are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The Samples are the property of suppliers who have partnered with Simple Sample, and are provided for informational purposes only. The customer may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the samples without the prior written consent of the relevant supplier.
6 Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch Samples to you within the same business day but cannot absolutely guarantee firm delivery dates or times. Provided you are a customer who meets the eligibility criteria set by Simple Sample, delivery of Samples is free of charge unless otherwise stated.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.
By default, you provide authority to leave items at the address specified in your order. If the delivery driver deems the area unsafe in their discretion, your order will be redirected to a collection point, redelivered in the next delivery run (where available) or returned back to our warehouse.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you on the relevant product page, or alternatively use the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
7 Returns
Simple Sample is committed to environmentally sustainable business practices. If you do not intend to you a particular sample for your building project, we ask that you return the sample using the return postage satchel provided so that it can be reused by another customer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.
